Panama City, Panama. — Marjalizo and UDG celebrated the official opening of their new Real Estate Experience Center at Soho Mall, Level 2, an innovative space designed to connect investors, partners, and visitors in an immersive way with their main real estate projects.
The new center offered a high-impact audiovisual experience, where videos and images of the developments Euphoria, Alive, Dieci and Passage were projected in an immersive format. Through immersive technology, attendees were able to explore the essence, design, and value proposition of each project in a sensory and contemporary environment.
As part of the event, on Thursday, January 15 starting at 5:00 p.m., the official launch of the project Euphoria took place, marking one of the most outstanding moments of the day. During the event, the artwork titled “Euphoria” was presented and delivered, created especially for the project by the renowned Panamanian visual artist Olga Sinclair.
The artist performed the live signing of the original painting in front of strategic partners, brokers, associates, influencers, media representatives, and special guests. It was also announced that the first 100 owners of Euphoria will receive an authenticated copy of the artwork as part of an exclusive experience that brings together art, investment, and lifestyle.
The event also featured a curated program that included contemporary dance, specially curated cocktails and beverages, a special DJ presentation and the live ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially symbolizing the opening of the space.
This new Experience Center is established as a permanent commercial hub for local and international real estate investors, reaffirming the commitment of Marjalizo and UDG to innovation, design, and the creation of differentiated experiences within the Panamanian real estate sector.
